Outsiders: a quick review of a solid show

How many times do you look around you and wish you lived away from all of this. (This meaning, pointless hustle and bustle of life with the only goal being to pay off debt you forgot you were in?)

Outsiders is a show, airing on WGN, available on Jetflicks or pirate bay for some. This show is about the battles of a community of people who live to live, farming, hunting and growing families on a mountain that is desired by a large coal company. This company creates strife, drama and eventually pushes murder into the scene. Additionally, it shows the very close relationships that are corporations and government. The evil they represent.

In my opinion, it is a well scripted, albeit fantastical, but well written show with solid acting. The reason I am presenting it to you all is simple, because I live to live. All I do is meant to further life not benefit more companies, though sadly, this is what occurs at this time irregardless.

There are aspects I absolutely disagree with, the mountain folk engage in petty theft (which is always wrong). And some of the scenes obviously came from the wild imaginations of an overly citified writers mind. However, overall, I honestly wish I lived life as the Farrells do, free, absolutely free and for the sake of simply living.

So take a peek, careful you will likely binge watch, and understand, its a show like Jericho and Firefly, once the producers realize it is actually promoting an agenda that is against what mainstream network and hollywood want, they will cancel it. Until than,  Enjoy it!

Free the mind and the body will follow

Even if the writer is citified, at least people are exploring possibilities in their minds.

The fact that there’s a market for it means many are thinking.

It generates a good context for people to relate to good ideas that can be implemented in real life. 🙂
