Speaking of stress relief… Have kids, not for the stress relief (ya that’s not happening) but for the fitness aspect. It may sound weird to non-parents but younger children provide you with tremendous fitness training potential. From using them as free weights (kids love it when you curl them or bench press them or do pushups with them on your back, etc…) to chasing after them to practicing sports with them as they get older. Children are a workout in and of themselves.
